The plan of actiGov Snyder of Michigan has violated at least 5 Federal laws- and one State law- Michigan House Bill 4514

If everyone in Michigan were to  print out these Six laws Gov Rick Snyder violated (5 federal and one state ) and file police reports within the same week for all 6 of these laws Gov Rick Snyder violated from monday until saturday it would make the AP news.  Also filing independent police reports make for 6 independent trials for the laws he violated.  ( If everyone could file police reports in a single file line and people film and protect those who file police reports in front of and behind so as to protect each others safety and well being.)

The plan of action for justice for Flint Michigan residents-   Gov Snyder of Michigan has violated at least 5 Federal laws- and one State law- Michigan House Bill 4514

Gov Snyder of Michigan has violated at least 6 laws on a Federal and Michigan state level-  https://www.legislature.mi.gov/documents/2003-2004/billanalysis/House/pdf/2003-HLA-4513-s.pdf   (prohibitions for harmful biological substances or devices, harmful chemical substances) would amend the penal code (MCL 750.200i et al.) to make it a crime to manufacture, deliver, possess, transport, place, use, or release a harmful electronic or electromagnetic device for an unlawful purpose. This would be in addition to the current prohibitions for harmful biological substances or devices, harmful chemical substances or devices, and harmful radioactive materials or devices. The penalty would be the same as currently allowed (penalties range from imprisonment for not more than 15 years and a fine of not more than $10,000, or both to life without parole and a fine up to $40,000). In addition, the bill would specify that the penalties would apply whether the violation resulted directly or indirectly in property damage or in personal injury, serious impairment, or death to another person.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22076375 “..an additional impact of aerosols on a longer time scale is their indirect effect on climate through biogeochemical feedbacks, largely due to changes in the atmospheric concentration of CO(2). Aerosols can affect land and ocean biogeochemical cycles by physical forcing or by adding nutrients and pollutants to ecosystems. ” Science. 2011 Nov 11;334(6057):794-6. doi: 10.1126/science.1207374. Aerosol indirect effect on biogeochemical cycles and climate. Mahowald. The net effect of anthropogenic aerosols on climate is usually considered the sum of the direct radiative effect of anthropogenic aerosols, plus the indirect effect of these aerosols through aerosol-cloud interactions. However, an additional impact of aerosols on a longer time scale is their indirect effect on climate through biogeochemical feedbacks, largely due to changes in the atmospheric concentration of CO(2). Aerosols can affect land and ocean biogeochemical cycles by physical forcing or by adding nutrients and pollutants to ecosystems. The net biogeochemical effect of aerosols is estimated to be equivalent to a radiative forcing of -0.5 ± 0.4 watts per square meter, which suggests that reaching lower carbon targets will be even costlier than previously estimated.
